We are getting lots of emails and calls for RED Chocolate yorkies-Right now we have a litter of the Normal Black (Gray) and Tan Available... ONE Girl and Boys ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We will have some RED Yorkies Late June 2008 Available, boys and a girl... Chocolate Yorkies are also known as Red Yorkies, Red Yorkshire Terrier, Liver Yorshire Terrier and the Chocolate Yorkshire Terrier. Their color is anywhere from a Deep dark rich Red to a lighter Red, with the under side and face markings in tan. Their eyes can be anywhere from a Blue to Green or Amber, and their nose and toe nails are light in color. This is a color, like the well known Black and Tan Doberman pinchers also come in that Red and Tan color...and many other breeds come in color variations, same thing. This is Scout, the Dad of our puppies!!! He is about 4 pounds, and in this photo he has what is called a 'Puppy Cut', that is why his hair here is short. Scout has such LONG thick beautiful hair, and he loves to play outside on the Ranch for hours during the day, so it is better for him and us if we keep his beautiful long hair trimmed...otherwise his hair just drags on the ground...

**SMALLEST DOG IN THE WORLD (?) ONE POUND** THIS is what a Yorkie SHOULD NOT BE!!! This little Yorkie only weighs ONE POUND!!! She is healthy, no health problems our Vet says, just a TINY Little dog...A YORKIE should be 4-8 pounds. When too small they are an accident ready to happen...I had an OWL come down once and TRY to get a 3 pound Yorkie, THANK goodness I was right there to chase off the Owl... With this little girl, we can only take her out to run and play outdoors, when we are there to supervise her, so she does not get hurt. We also have her dressed when outdoor in a cute sparkle outfit, so hawks or owls will not think of her as food. She stands about 4 inches tall at the shoulders. We kept her because I was so afraid to place her, for fear that she would get stepped on....I have had lots of high offers, but she needs to be carried in a purse when taken out, and she love to be catered to...spoiled...RIGHT!! She knows how cute she is... We feed Avoderm, a dog food that was not recalled with problems, we also feed all our furry family food that we cook, LEAN skinned Chicken, Carrots, some pieces of potatoes or some pieces of cooked pasta. I also make a wonderful recipe I made up of a great Chicken Spread, that I spread on Bread and give that out daily as a great treat...!!!
